Dear sir,

I am Hiren Chauhan. I am writing to express my interest to take part in your TV program named “Incredible India” where you are going to unveil different aspects of India to the people of Australia. I am desperately keen to take part in your program.

 I will be disclosing some facts about Indian food. To elaborate, I will display and give description about staple food and spices of India which the other part of the world is unaware of, but it is very helpful. Some of the herbs are even useful to cure some common diseases like cold, cough, fiver and some stomach ailments. Well, I cannot write every bit of it in this letter but there are certainly more to tell about. To impart more, I will cook one dish and show the complete recipe which can be later cooked by the viewers and I am sure they would definitely like it as Australians are fond of Indian food.

After two days, I am going to middle-east for the project work on behalf of my company. I will be back by the end of next month of August. Thereafter, I will be available any time.
